Humanitarian Service

Our branch president gave us an assignment to assist in taking a wheelchair to an elderly lady who had a stroke and couldn't walk very well now. The lady is not a member of the church but is a deserving recipient. Our branch here in Grenada has several new wheelchairs provided by the Church Humanitarian Fund. A friend of one our members came to her and told her about the lady who's name is Agatha. Celine, the daughter of our member and Louise, the friend (shown below) teamed up to show us where Agatha lives.
This is Agatha getting in to her new wheelchair. Elder Bush with Agatha. He was showing her how to use the wheelchair. There are so many opportunities as full-time Senior Couple Missionaries to do a variety of worthy acts of service. We really feel blessed.
