Doing the Touristy Things

We have been to the Pitons a few times now.
They are quite a magnificent sight.


We made a visit to Pigeon Island. This island was originally a pirate hideaway. It was also once a whaling station. Later it was a military point for the French and also the British. It was a signal station for the US during WWII. What a beautiful view from the top.




Driving up in the mountains we saw a couple of enterprising guys using their snakes to make some money. You pay for the photo op.




Can't believe I really did this!
